“伊斯兰国”（阿拉伯语：?????? ?????????，英语：Islamic State，缩写：IS），前称“伊拉克和大叙利亚伊斯兰国”（英语：Islamic State of Iraq and al Shams，缩写：ISIS），阿拉伯国家和部分西方国家称为“达伊沙”（DAESH），是一个自称建国的活跃在伊拉克和叙利亚的极端恐怖组织。IS前身是2006年在伊拉克成立的“伊拉克伊斯兰国”。“al Shams”的意思是“大叙利亚”，即叙利亚、黎巴嫩、约旦、以色列和巴勒斯坦。该组织的目标是消除二战结束后现代中东的国家边界，并在这一地区创立一个由基地组织运作的酋长国。
