从另一个角度来看，美国人真的是什么都敢拍，这样一部“黑”总统的纪录片能参加世界上最知名的独立电影节Sundance电影节，其意味真是非同凡响。一个即便用平铺直叙流水账方式拍摄也无比震撼的故事。有一些珍贵的川普非正式采访。对双方选民的采访略少，但能说明问题（如抓猫门，媒体低估了常识的作用）。川普擅长利用各种媒体宣传自己，不论是口号纲领还是给别人起外号都朗朗上口，成为了“沉默多数、被遗忘的人、Law&Order&Peace”的代言人。单从纪录片的角度来看，此片是有点蜻蜓点水的。不过……其最重要的意义是在于，我们经历了多么令人惊愕的一年半……再看看现在他上台之后的几把火…。
